Summary This role handles sales of our online inventory with heavy phone and computer use. If you're a people-person, have a knack for sales, aren't afraid of the phone, and love motorcycles, this job is for you. Duties and Responsibilities * Make calls on unsold follow ups. * Business Development- Data mining Eleads. * Trade in calls * Finance question calls * New/Used inventory calls * Event RSVP confirmation. * Set appointment confirmation. * Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner. * Handle telephone transactions with an upbeat and friendly tone. * Answer all customer questions or make a commitment to get the answer in a timely manner. * Handle follow up on Customer Experience Surveys to completion. * Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications & Job Requirements * Customer service experience. * Strong phone skills; call center experience is a plus. * Good with a computer and the ability to learn customer management relationship software (Eleads). * Superior verbal and written communication skills. Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
