Summary This role handles sales of our online inventory with heavy phone and computer use. Duties and Responsibilities

• Make calls on unsold follow ups.
• Business Development- Data mining Eleads.
• Trade in calls
• Finance question calls
• New/Used inventory calls
• Event RSVP confirmation.
• Set appointment confirmation.
• Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Handle telephone transactions with an upbeat and friendly tone.
• Answer all customer questions or make a commitment to get the answer in a timely manner.
• Handle follow up on Customer Experience Surveys to completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Strong phone skills; call center experience is a plus.
• Good with a computer and the ability to learn customer management relationship software (Eleads).
• Superior verbal and written communication skills. Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
