Job Overview We are seeking cashier to join our team in an Asian convenience store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle cash effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties * Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision. * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases. * Restock products. * Note products that are running low and must be ordered. * Vacuum & mop at closing. * Pay attention expiration date on products. * Refill side dishes when running low. Experience/Requirements/Character * Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required * Friendly and positive personality * Basic math skills to ensure accurate transaction processing * Common sense * Reliability * Hard worker * Fast learner * Trustable * Knowledge of Asian food/products would be great, but will be briefed Join our team as a Cashier, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring smooth transaction processes.
