Momentum is seeking friendly and outgoing sales associates to join our team in Glen Arbor, Leland, and Frankfort, Michigan. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to meet their needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems. Assist with inventory control and restocking merchandise as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service goals.

Requirements

: . No experience necessary but preferred in retail sales and customer service. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment. Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
