What You 'll Be Doing: As a Sales Associate , you're the first face clients see and the friendly voice that gets them excited to try their first class. You'll play a key role in growing our community by introducing prospective members to the studio, walking them through our membership options, and celebrating their fitness journey from day one. Key Responsibilities: * Inspire new clients by confidently walking them through our intro class experience and helping them choose the best membership option * Own the sales process : lead generation, outreach, booking intros, follow-up, and closing memberships * Deliver an unforgettable front desk experience --greet every guest like a friend and ensure they leave feeling motivated and welcomed * Build genuine relationships with our current members and support their continued success * Support daily studio operations including retail inventory , merchandising , and processing transactions * Help keep the studio beautiful--assist with light cleaning and resetting between classes * Contribute to our social media presence by capturing great moments for Instagram and more * Jump into community events and represent Pure Barre Richmond out in the local scene * Stay up to date on all services, promotions, and programming--so you can always be the expert at the desk What You Bring to the Team: * A warm, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for helping others * Sales-savvy mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals (we love celebrating wins!) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Self-motivated and proactive--you take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Basic tech skills and the ability (or willingness) to learn ClubReady software * Weekend and evening availability to align with class schedules Perks & Compensation: * Competitive base hourly rate + commission on sales (memberships, retail, and more!) * Free Pure Barre classes to keep you strong, inspired, and in the know * Exclusive retail discounts on premium fitness apparel * Career growth opportunities in sales, leadership, and studio management * A supportive, high-energy environment where you'll truly feel like part of the family Join the Pure Barre Richmond Movement If you're passionate about wellness, love building relationships, and want to be part of something empowering--we want to meet you.
