Description: Position Overview: For our Analytical Industries plant in Pomona, Ca. we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Support Specialist to work with our oxygen sensors product line and support our global sales team. Key Responsibilities: * Generate customer quotations and provide basic product selection guidance. * Lead qualification and follow-up. * Answer inward customer emails and phone calls using consultative sales skills to help increase sales and solve technical problems. * A strong work ethic and track record of building loyal customer relationships. * Working creatively to increase customer engagement and forecasting. * Order entry and CRM maintenance * Working with OEM's to assist in specifying the Analytical Industries sensor product lines. Requirements: Qualifications: * Scientific or technical qualification preferred. * Min 2 years' experience within commodity sales of industrial products preferred. * Self-motivated and a team player with a customer-focused mindset. * Problem solving, "can do" attitude, and prepared to learn. * Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Empathy and tolerance towards different interpersonal styles. * Works well in a small team and contributes to creating great working relationships * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint) * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a key advantage.
