Overview

: For our Analytical Industries plant in Pomona, Ca. we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Support Specialist to work with our oxygen sensors product line and support our global sales team.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate customer quotations and provide basic product selection guidance.
• Lead qualification and follow-up.
• Answer inward customer emails and phone calls using consultative sales skills to help increase sales and solve technical problems.
• A strong work ethic and track record of building loyal customer relationships.
• Working creatively to increase customer engagement and forecasting.
• Order entry and CRM maintenance
• Working with OEM's to assist in specifying the Analytical Industries sensor product lines.

Qualifications

:

• Scientific or technical qualification preferred.
• Min 2 years' experience within commodity sales of industrial products preferred.
• Self-motivated and a team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Problem solving, "can do" attitude, and prepared to learn.
• Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and tolerance towards different interpersonal styles.
• Works well in a small team and contributes to creating great working relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a key advantage. What We Offer:
