Position Overview: As a Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will drive growth in your assigned territory by introducing Alcam's innovative orthotic and prosthetic solutions to medical professionals and facilities. You'll represent Alcam's commitment to timely, high-quality, and compassionate patient care, ensuring providers trust us as their first choice. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Sales Outreach: Conduct daily sales calls to high-priority targets such as case managers, physicians, and administrators in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and physician offices. * Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive call plans to identify new referrals and maintain existing accounts, entering all activity into the CRM for streamlined management. * Educational Leadership: Host in-services and training sessions to educate healthcare providers about Alcam's products, services, and Medicare guidelines for orthotic and prosthetic care. * Customer-Centric Care: Act as a liaison between referral sources and Alcam's operational teams, ensuring all patient orders and documents comply with company policies and payer requirements. * Territory Planning: Optimize your territory by implementing a structured call cycle to maximize client visits and foster long-term growth. Report on progress quarterly. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Manager and branch teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive performance. * Insurance Navigation Expertise: Communicate Medicare and private insurance guidelines clearly, simplifying complex processes for referral sources. Required Skills & Qualifications * Proven Experience: At least 3 years of healthcare sales experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. * Clinical Knowledge: A clinical background in rehabilitation or medical sales is highly advantageous. * Exceptional Communication: Strong persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders. * Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to master Alcam's proprietary systems. * Independent Drive: Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment. * Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently. * Education & Licensing: A Bachelor's degree is preferred; valid driver's license required.
