We are seeking a new team member to join our call center booking appointments, working Monday to Friday. Our company specializes in timeshare research and resolution.

Responsibilities

:

• Handle a high volume of outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Accurately gather and track client information using our CRM and database systems.
• Schedule appointments for clients with sales analysts to guide them through their timeshare exit process.
• Deliver exceptional product and service knowledge, following company-provided scripts.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to shared goals.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals, both qualitative and quantitative. Skills &

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and online interactions.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Prior customer service experience or a passion for providing outstanding client support.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in sales, timeshare, or timeshare exit is a plus (1 year preferred). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour Shift:
