Full description of the position

We are seeking a new team member to join our call center booking appointments, working Monday to Friday. Our company specializes in timeshare research and resolution. Responsibilities: * Handle a high volume of outbound calls professionally and efficiently. * Accurately gather and track client information using our CRM and database systems. * Schedule appointments for clients with sales analysts to guide them through their timeshare exit process. * Deliver exceptional product and service knowledge, following company-provided scripts. * Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to shared goals. * Achieve individual and team performance goals, both qualitative and quantitative. Skills & Qualifications: * Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and online interactions. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Prior customer service experience or a passion for providing outstanding client support. * A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Experience in sales, timeshare, or timeshare exit is a plus (1 year preferred).
