Natures Remedies is looking for a Sales Associate who is over 21+ with prior sales experience and customer service experience. We are looking for a person who is outgoing and can promote our Natural products as well as educate themselves and customers. Your job will be to greet customers, help them understand the benefits of Nature's remedies and help guide them towards products tailored to their needs. Your job will also consist of minor manufacturing work. Our mission is to help people get life changing results with our products and services. We are looking for someone who will be an ambassador and educator of our Natural products. Full Time/Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Learn the products and their health benefits (material will be provided) * Educate customers on product knowledge. * Identify customer needs in a friendly, attentive and knowledgeable manner, directing them to the proper product. * Attention to detail in reading customers' body language and reactions. * Maintaining customer service and relationships with new and returning customers * Responsible for the cleanliness of stores * Ability to work with the public * Present, promote and educate customers about our products using compelling language * Managing inventory, ensuring the store is stocked with product and supplies on a daily basis. * Occasional community events * Other duties as assigned Required qualifications: * Passionate about Health and Wellness 2 years of customer experience - Preferred Our top candidate will be skilled in these things: Communication Reliability/punctuality Excellent customer service.
