Direct Customer Service Associate Responsibilities: * Interact with customers daily to handle enrollment requests, service upgrades, contract renewals, and inquiries to ensure high customer acquisition and retention. * Gain extensive knowledge of our clients' products and services to educate customers, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Associates to develop effective strategies for team success and client profitability. * Customize product packages based on customer needs using insights from colleagues. * Assist entry-level sales professionals in identifying additional opportunities for our clients while maintaining a compassionate demeanor. * Communicate with upper management and the compliance team to ensure proper protocols are followed when working with customers and clients. Direct Customer Service Associate Requirements: * At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience; prior experience in hospitality, retail sales, or related fields is a plus. * Team player with a competitive spirit and goal-driven mindset. * Excellent communication skills with clients, customers, and colleagues. * Solution-oriented mindset, adaptable to changing customer and business needs. * Maintain a positive attitude and strong people skills, even when facing customer challenges and specific targets.
