Job Title : Sensatec Sales Manager (Fall Management Medical Devices) Location: Brookfield, WI - Onsite Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We specialize in providing innovative, cost-effective healthcare solutions, including the ST9000 Wireless Nurse Call System --a simple-to-deploy, low- cost solution designed for senior living communities. Our mission is to enhance resident safety while making adoption seamless for facilities of all sizes. Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the growth of the ST9000 Wireless Nurse Call System. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience scaling high-volume business units through direct sales, reseller partnerships, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality , a strategic approach to market expansion, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue through direct sales, channel partners, and digital outreach. * Identify and engage senior living communities, independent living facilities, and long-term care providers to drive adoption of the ST9000. * Build and manage a pipeline of high-volume, low-cost sales opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships. * Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation, digital campaigns, and product positioning. * Expand reseller and distribution networks , onboarding partners to scale sales growth. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the ST9000. * Track performance metrics and report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends. * 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS sales. * Proven track record of growing a high-volume, low-cost product line through multiple sales channels. * Strong ability to develop reseller and channel partnerships to drive scalable growth. * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales strategies. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth- focused environment. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS sales. * Proven track record of growing a high-volume, low-cost product line through multiple sales channels. * Strong ability to develop reseller and channel partnerships to drive scalable growth. * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales strategies. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth- focused environment. * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
