Full description of the position

Job Responsibilities: * Develop, follow up, and maintain overseas electronics end customers, EMS/OEM factories through telephone, email, online meetings, and on-site visits; maintain long-term, stable partnerships with existing domestic and overseas end customers or electronic component distributors, while actively developing new clients to meet assigned sales targets. * Identify business opportunities, drive project progress, and coordinate internal and external resources to lead the entire process from design-in to mass production. * Track and respond to customer needs for new products and applications; regularly collect and provide feedback on industry trends and competitor intelligence. * Collaborate with internal teams to handle daily customer requests related to product inquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment collection. * Regularly collect, organize, and analyze customer and market demand information to stay updated on market trends and pricing. * Follow up on RFQs, arrange quotations and order processing, identify potential new customers, and build long-term cooperative relationships. * Develop business relationships with Fortune Global 500 electronics companies and leading industry clients, offering long-term service and support. * Familiar with the operational model of electronic component distributors. * Candidates with experience in companies such as Fusion Trade, Inc., N.F. Smith & Associates, LP, Sourceability North America, LLC, Rand Technology LLC, etc., are preferred. Job Requirements: * Familiar with industrial markets such as power electronics, photovoltaic new energy, and industrial automation. * Bachelor's degree or above in electronics or a related field. * 3-5 DSPMCU; * EMSODM * B2B - Job Type: Full-time Pay: $104,899.00 - $114,205.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Irvine, CA 92614
