Sunhut Outdoor Tech Inc.,a pioneer in outdoor technology products,is expanding its presence in the Western US and California markets.We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the designated territory.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring they are well-supported and motivated to sell our products.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory.
• Train and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals and enhance their sales skills.
• Present sales performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales efforts and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Manage distributor and retailer accounts effectively, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in consumer goods or outdoor products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining distributor and retailer relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
