Regional Sales Director Zentro is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth in the Milwaukee market. This role is responsible for acquiring new partnerships with building decision-makers, including residential developers, property owners, management firms, and condominium boards. We're looking for hunters--self-starters who thrive on closing deals and driving revenue without the red tape of larger organizations. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute an aggressive sales strategy to expand Zentro's presence in the MDU market. * Prospect and engage building decision-makers through cold calling, direct outreach, email campaigns, in-person meetings, and tailored proposals. * Consult with prospects to understand their connectivity needs and position Zentro as the best internet solution for their residents. * Navigate the B2B sales cycle, managing negotiations from initial contact through contract execution. * Cultivate strong relationships within the real estate community to drive referrals and long-term partnerships. Qualifications: * Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the internet, telecommunications, or MDU industry. * Established network within the Milwaukee residential real estate sector is highly desirable. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Experience with financial modeling is a plus but not required. * Tech-savvy, resourceful, and business-minded.
