Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholdershandling questions, changes, billing issues, and claims support.
• Deliver a world-class client experience that builds trust and loyalty
• Support sales operations by preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with follow-ups
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or recommend additional coverage options based on client needs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards
• Collaborate closely with sales producers and leadership to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Help build and maintain referral relationships with clients and community partners

Requirements

• 2+ years of licensed customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients at once
• Friendly, professional, and solutions-orientedyou love helping people
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, email tools, and digital scheduling systems
• Interest in a long-term careerwilling to pursue insurance licensing (with agency support)
