USA Roofing & Gutters, LLC is currently hiring roofing sales professionals for our Birmingham, AL location. We are hiring roofing sales representatives to assist property owners with their roofing & gutter home improvements. Qualifications required: Roofing sales experience, honest, team player, reliable, fast learner. Candidate must be willing to utilize our systems and processes, work with a high level of integrity and adapt to a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include: Roofing & gutter sales, meeting insurance adjusters, roof inspections, project management, assisting homeowners with the roof restoration process, and utilizing our CRM system. Provide excellent customer service.! We provide drones and training for roof inspections. Paid company training will be provided for the position and we pay weekly. Compensation is based on the gross sales and bonuses. Transparent commission plan! Company vehicle and lead program. Candidate will also generate leads using our system. Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with a good driving record. This position will be a long term opportunity with a high level of earning potential.
