Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure that project objectives are met while adhering to quality standards. Responsibilities * Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Coordinate project activities, resources, sub-contractors, and clients to achieve project milestones on time and within scope. * Travel between various job sites to monitor project progress and ensure timelines are being met. * Meet with customers on-site to review progress, answer questions, and obtain signatures on contracts and project-related documents. * Implement project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Utilize Encircle/Quickbooks for tracking project progress and managing tasks effectively. * Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting open communication and conflict management strategies. * Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. * Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery. * Conduct regular status meetings with team members to provide updates on progress and address any issues. * Ensure proper documentation of all project phases for future reference and compliance purposes. Qualifications * Proven experience in project management with a focus on leadership and coordination. * Strong understanding of project implementation processes and methodologies. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Proficiency in conflict management techniques to resolve team challenges effectively. * Familiarity with Encircle/Quickbooks frameworks is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for process management tasks. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse teams and clients effectively. * A clean-cut person with an exceptional attention to detail as well as someone who can be very sociable and is able to provide top of the line costumer service to clients. * Have high energy and be able to handle big workload (multiple projects at once), a lot of energy is needed when handling multiple clients. * Highschool Graduate * Have experience in the construction industry (2+ years preferred) Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager where you can make a significant impact by leading projects that drive success within our organization!
