Responsibilities: * Focus on understanding and fulfilling clients' unique bonding needs with high-level customer service * Actively seek out new business opportunities in conjunction with the sales team lead to drive business * Continuously expand your knowledge of bonding products to become a trusted advisor and provide cutting-edge solutions to clients * Respond to client inquiries, service requests, or concerns and resolve issues effectively and professionally * Work directly with underwriters to secure the best possible terms and pricing for bond placements What we need from you: * 8+ years of experience with bond account management in a brokerage/insurance setting * Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field * Active CA Property & Casualty License What 's in it for you? * $125,000 - $135,000 annual salary DOE * 37 hour work week * Summer Fridays * Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, & vision insurance * Fun company events and community involvement Why Work with Insurance Relief?
