In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments with homeowners, and provide top-notch customer service. You will be the voice of our company, responsible for overcoming objections and creating an enthusiastic, positive impression--every single time. * What you'll do * Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. * Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and warmth. * Book appointments with homeowners for our sales team. * Skillfully manage objections and turn potential setbacks into opportunities. * Build rapport with homeowners by creating engaging and positive interactions. * Maintain accurate records of call activities and customer information. * Work closely with the team to continuously improve our call strategies and customer experience. Qualifications * Proven experience in a call center, appointment setting, or sales role. * Exceptional communication skills and a naturally engaging personality. * Demonstrated ability to handle objections and build excitement during calls. * A proactive, energetic approach to overcoming challenges and meeting targets. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and a positive work atmosphere.
