Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a critical role in driving the sales growth of our garage door company by proactively engaging with customers, providing product information, and delivering exceptional service. This position requires a motivated, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of garage door products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable garage door solutions (residential, commercial, repairs, etc.).
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing customer requirements and determining the best product offerings, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.
• Sales Support: Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and ordering, ensuring accuracy in quotes and sales order details.
• Sales Administration: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and order history in the company's CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the full range of garage door products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer concerns.
• Follow-up: Proactively follow up on sales quotes, inquiries, and prospects to convert them into completed sales.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, installation, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
