Educate clients on various life insurance products and benefits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Customize policies to align with clients' budgets and long-term goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and policy changes. Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support. Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in insurance or a related field. Previous experience in life insurance, sales required Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, relatable manner. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Life and Health Insurance license required. Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity (preferred). * Company Description We Are Farmers!
