Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in promoting our inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Duties

• Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and networking to generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their requirements.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all vehicles are displayed attractively and are readily available for customers.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and achieving targets.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Experience
• Previous experience in automotive sales or outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven experience in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
