The career progression begins with on the job and classroom training. The career progression to an Account Manager role with opportunities to increase base wage through earning commissions. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and follow-up. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold/warm calling and networking. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and secure new and old service contracts.
