Job Description

: Opening = Sales Representative Function = Customer Service Pay Rate = $17.00 Per Hour Plus Bonus Potential Work Hours = Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm With Gruber Power Services you will have the opportunity to launch a new career if you are willing to work hard, follow the progression process and stick to it. The job consists of making B2B phone calls to find decision makers and points of contact that can potentially drive business (leads) for our company. The career progression begins with on the job and classroom training. The career progression to an Account Manager role with opportunities to increase base wage through earning commissions.

Responsibilities

: Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and follow-up. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold/warm calling and networking.
