We are looking to add an independent, self- motivated HVAC Commercial Salesperson to our expanding team. This position will service the Coeur d'Alene/Spokane areas. Pay Range: $35k base + 5%-15% commission of sales, top salespeople make SIX FIGURES!!!! Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients. Required Qualifications: * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record * Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales * Excellent customer service and follow-up skills * Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently Desired Qualifications: * HVAC Commercial experience is a plus * Property Management Knowledge helpful
