Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining the store's presentation. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. * Utilize basic math skills to handle transactions accurately at the cash register. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. * Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. * Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Requirements * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products. * Familiarity with beauty supply store operations is a plus, though not required. * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed for stocking duties.
