As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining the store's presentation.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Utilize basic math skills to handle transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products.
• Familiarity with beauty supply store operations is a plus, though not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed for stocking duties.
