• You'll
• Do - Run the full sales cycle: inspections, estimates, proposals, and closing deals - Handle inbound leads + generate new business with our marketing and CRM support - Build relationships with property managers, owners, and contractors - Perform on-site evaluations: pull tests, core cuts, roof inspections - Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth delivery

What You Bring

- 1+ year in commercial roofing sales or relevant construction experience - Knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) - Strong communication + follow-through - Organized, accountable, and coachable - Valid driver's license + ability to inspect roofs
