Position Summary The Sales Department at Romtec Inc. is looking for an experienced Marketing/Sales Associate to join our Team. Romtec Inc. is a Design Build Firm specializing in Park and Recreation Structures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. * Ability to learn and understand the design and construction of park and recreation structures. * Strong computer skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * The ability to understand building plans and specifications Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) * 2-Year associate's degree. * Previous Sales experience in areas beyond retail * Excellent written and verbal skills * Problem-solving skills Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
