Responsibilities

:

• Manage customer experiences, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service
• Present and deliver new 5G services highlighting the benefits the product can offer
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve client engagement, sales satisfaction, and business outcomes
• Develop an understanding of the telecommunications industry and the competition around our products
• Work with sales and customer service teams to drive business initiatives
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements to align with client objectives
• Maintain accuracy on product delivery to complete customer experience and expectations Verizon Sales Agent
