Who are we: Established in 2015, The Artist Lab is a vibrant and expansive art studio located in Irvine, California, within the Parkview Center at University Drive and the 405 Freeway. Originally founded as the "Little Artist Lab" in Tustin, our studio quickly earned the trust and admiration of art-loving families in nearby communities. In a few short years, our reputation has grown immensely, attracting over 600 families each week from across Orange County and beyond. Our vibrant after-school Art Studio is on a mission to spark creativity and prepare young artists for the art schools of their dreams--and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to help us grow our community!

What You'll Do

:

• Welcome prospective families with warmth, excitement, and knowledge of our programs
• Share how our art classes support artistic growth and prepare students for portfolio development
• Conduct tours and consultations with parents and students
• Follow up with leads and help with enrollment
• Support front desk operations and studio events
• Collaborate with instructors to stay up-to-date on student progress and programming What We Offer:

• Bachelors degree in Business, or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Korean a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident with parents and students
• Ability to learn and effectively explain programs and offerings
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially with scheduling and follow-ups
• Comfortable using email, phone, and basic sales/CRM tools
• Available to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends Preferred (but not required):
• , or receptionist/front desk roles
• Passion for or background in art, education, or creative programs
• Experience working with families, children, or in an educational settin
