Job Title: Prime Brokerage Sales Associate/Director Location: New York; Los Angeles; San Francisco; Dallas; Scottsdale; Ridgefield, Connecticut Department: Prime Brokerage Reports to: Head of Prime Brokerage * Job Description: As a Prime Brokerage Sales Associate/Director , you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, targeting, and onboarding new clients to our prime brokerage platform. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clientele, building long-term relationships and ensuring client success. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new prime brokerage clients. * Cultivate relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investors to identify potential business opportunities. * Present the firm's value proposition, platform features, and customized solutions to prospective clients. * Collaborate with internal teams (operations, risk, and technology) to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing client support. * Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to position the firm effectively. * Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in prime brokerage sales, capital introduction, fund administration or related financial services roles. * Strong network within the hedge fund and asset management community. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results. * Deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and operational workflows in the prime brokerage space. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial markets. * Series 7 and 63 licenses.
