What You 'll Do: * Follow up on warm, inbound leads (we supply the leads--you bring the magic!) * Convert homeowner inquiries and inhouse estimates into scheduled service appointments and sales * Collaborate with our field techs and managers to keep communication flowing * Learn our service offerings and communicate them with confidence and enthusiasm * Deliver a 5-star experience with every call, every time * Track and update leads in our CRM system (Service Titan Experience is a Plus!)
