The Chute Doctor. A division of Buchanan Company Inc., Huntington Beach, CA. Introduction: The Account Executive represents the premier chute service & repair contractor in the market. This is direct in-person repair, service, and parts sales responding to and calling on multi-family and hospitality properties and owners throughout the assigned territory. Key to the role is relationship sales, building long-term repeat customers and is a mix of in office and outside inspections and meetings. Key Responsibilities: * Develop new and manage existing maintenance, repair and parts clientele through active searches, field inspections, presentations, and active education on the benefits of our products. * Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the relationship. Qualifications: * Proven experience of in-person relationship-based sales, needs analysis, quoting and closing. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Experience in the building services industry, working with property management of all levels. * Ability to learn hundreds of products, methods, and codes quickly. * Experienced in field measurements & sketching. * Accept that the smell and dirt of trash represents the smell of money. Compensation and Benefits: * $70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits, expenses, and advancement opportunities. Vehicle, equipment and training provided. Occasional travel to Northern California and Arizona is required.
