FGT is a cabinet wholesaler located in Eagan Minnesota. We specialize in supplying high-quality solid wood cabinets across the Midwest. We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and an aptitude for customer service. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing a pipeline that includes new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. Cold calling and client follow-up is 80% of this role, with Office support to the Operations Manager comprising the other 20%. Job

Duties

• Generate and manage leads through cold calling and referrals.
• Book appointments for the outside sales team
• Support the Operations Manager in projects
• Create metrics and assist in development of sales trends
• Perform digital outreach to customer lists and manage periodic communications to client base
• Develop relationships with our business-to-business clientele and provide knowledge of cabinetry materials, finishes etc.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with the front office and production teams to ensure accurate scheduling of client meetings and order fulfillment.
• Support the Operations manager and front office lead as needed. Experience
• Proven experience in a sales environment or call center.
• Customer management software, Word, Excel - general computer proficiencies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Demonstrated success in selling products or services and achieving sales targets
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a group setting.
