Responsibilities

• Refine and execute a scalable sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Collaborate on and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and presentations.
• Track performance metrics and report on sales/marketing KPIs.
• Work closely with leadership to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a startup or B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.

Compensation
