Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis is hiring a Business Development / Customer Service Representative * No Cold Calls * No Sales Calls * Hourly plus Bonuses * Full Time with Excellent Benefits * Great Work Life Balance * Family Owned and Operated Responsibilities * Receive inbound service calls and set appointments/answer questions for our service department * Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries using email, scripts and templates. * Follow up with Customer Concerns and Questions by Discuss with Management Team * Maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management. * Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
