We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Flooring Materials Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in flooring materials such as hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and tile. This role requires excellent customer relationship skills, product knowledge, and the ability to develop new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the flooring materials industry. * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors. * Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and project specifications. * Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and terms. * Collaborate with the operations and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demand. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
