We are looking for a motivated Wireless Retail Sales Representative who is capable of providing an extraordinary customer experience and maximizing every selling opportunity at our store(s) in Antioch and Waukegan, IL. Wireless Retail Sales Representatives (commonly referred to as Sales Associates) are responsible for handling every aspects of selling both AT&T wireless and at-home solutions while having the opportunity to positively impact the relationship between AT&T and the customer. AT &T / Mobile Tel Sales Associates will receive the following benefits: * With a competitive hourly, sales commission and bonus, on average, our associates earn approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year * Medical (30 hour/week minimum) * Paid Time Off and Sick Time Off (Full Time associates) * 401K of which Mobile Tel contributes (Full Time associates after first year) * Opportunity for advancement * Discount on AT&T Wireless services and in store merchandise AT &T / Mobile Tel Sales Associates are expected to: * Hit sales quota * Courteously assist customers with service/product inquiries * Operate a function-heavy POS, wireless equipment, and a PC * Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays * Identify customer needs, make suggestions, and answer questions * Answer phone calls promptly, courteously and professionally * Able to understand customer needs and suggest personalized solution * Respond to customer concerns quickly, effectively and courteously * Show professionalism and enthusiasm by working as a team * Recognize potential theft/loss situations assisting to deter theft * Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store * Maintain cleanliness of the store * Assists with inventory maintenance AT &T / Mobile Tel Sales Associate qualifications: * Must be at least 18 years old and provide verification of legal employment * Able to identify the needs of the customer and make compelling offering * Make customers feel welcome and valued * Clear verbal and listening skills * Manage communication to potential AT&T customers * Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction of purchase * Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers and other employees * Maintain a strong knowledge of both AT&T products as well as our competition's offerings * Maintain a positive attitude * Efficient time management skills * Commitment to being punctual and ethical Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program Schedule: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * Our stores are open Monday through Sunday, do you have any scheduling restrictions that we should be aware of? * Have you worked for AT&T (or a 3rd party of AT&T) in the past?
