Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calling efforts, effectively communicating our services, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, with experience in telemarketing or technical sales. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest. * Utilize Mindbody Software and other software tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively. * Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up with previous leads and nurture relationships. * Communicate clearly and persuasively to convey the value of our offerings. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. * Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements * Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling. * Familiarity with Mindbody Software or similar CRM software is a plus. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to engage clients effectively and build rapport over the phone. * Experience in technical sales or customer service is advantageous. * A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
