We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician and Body Contouring Technician to join our team at Wellness Choice in Newport Beach. As an esteemed wellness center, we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional aesthetic treatments, body contouring services, and package sales to help them achieve their desired look and boost their confidence. If you have a strong background in providing facials, along with expertise in advanced technologies such as Trilift and EvolveX and a proven track record in sales, we would love to hear from you. Training will be provided, and a willingness to learn is of the upmost importance. Minumum 4 years of aesthetic experience required. Responsibilities: * Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing facials, anti-aging facials, hydrating facials, and specialized facials based on clients' individual needs. * Utilize advanced face and body contouring technologies such as EvolveX, Trilift, Define, and Cryoskin 4.0 to help clients achieve their face and body sculpting goals. * Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific concerns, medical history, and desired outcomes. * Design personalized treatment plans and provide recommendations for the most suitable procedures based on clients' goals and skin/body conditions. * Administer aesthetic treatments with utmost precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. * Promote and sell packages that combine multiple treatments, providing clients with a comprehensive and cost-effective approach to their aesthetic goals. * Ensure that all treatment protocols and safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients. * Continuously stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and body contouring technologies to provide the highest level of service. * Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes, progress, and any relevant information. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support, education, and aftercare instructions. * Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless and holistic client experience. Requirements: * Valid aesthetician license or certification in the state of California. * Proven experience in performing a wide range of facials, including experience with various skin types and conditions. * Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and body contouring principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships with clients, and drive package sales. * Ability to assess clients' needs and develop customized treatment plans accordingly. * Proven sales experience, preferably in a spa or wellness setting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic treatments, body contouring, and package sales. * Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. * Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
