Job Title : Key Account Manager Company Overview : HOOPLife Corp is a dynamic consumer health company focused on introducing premium, innovative wellness brands from around the world to the U.S. market. Driven by the mission of "bringing the world closer and enhancing everyday life," HOOPLife focuses on key sectors including nutrition & wellness, home care, and personal care. We are committed to curating high-quality, high-performance products that enrich the lives of consumers worldwide. We are currently preparing to launch several high-potential international brands and are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who can actively lead new business development efforts and drive placement of these brands into major U.S. retail channels. Location : Pomona, California Job Type : Full-time Responsibilities : l Identify and open new retail opportunities for our portfolio of wellness brands across the U.S. market. l Build commercial relationships with national and regional retail buyers, particularly in key accounts such as Costco, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Target, and others. l Lead brand presentations, negotiate listings, and manage onboarding with new retail partners. l Develop tailored strategies for each account to support sell-in and sell- through. l Work closely with marketing, logistics, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth execution. l Provide regular insights on account performance, retail trends, and competitive landscape. l Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions. Qualifications : l Previous experience in business development, or key account management within the health & wellness, nutrition, or CPG space. l Strong network and prior experience pitching and onboarding new brands into major retailers (Costco, Walmart, CVS, Target, etc.). l Proven ability to independently lead retail expansion efforts and achieve placement in competitive categories. l Deep understanding of the U.S. consumer health and retail environment. l Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. l Analytical thinking skills to analyze sales data, market trends and consumer behavior to make strategic decisions. l Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
