About us Pointment is a tech start-up in San Francisco Bay Area, CA. We are professional, agile, innovative and we offer easy-to-use software built for nail salons that provides appointment scheduling, payment processing and free marketing. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships with them, and helpingonboard them. The Sales Representative must be able to understand customer needs, provide excellent customer service, and use persuasive techniques to close sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers. In addition, proficiency in Vietnamese is mandatory.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Generate sales leads and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Provide product information and pricing to customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor customer feedback and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information.
• Proficient in Vietnamese. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
