The Corporate Sales Manager promotes company values and generates leads to support Yardmaster's growth plan. This position is a senior leader who oversees and drives the Company's sales strategy; setting goals, managing teams, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Essential Duties

Responsibilities

: Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develops and implements sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue goals.
• Identifies and analyzes market opportunities and trends.
• Sets sales targets and quotas for the sales team. Team Management & Leadership:
• Recruits, hires, trains, and mentor's sales representatives.
• Motivates and coaches the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Provides leadership and guidance to the sales team. Sales Process Management:
• Manages the sales pipeline and ensures effective sales processes.
• Monitors sales performance and identifies areas for improvement.
• Resolves sales issues and provides support to the sales team. Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepares and presents regular sales reports to management.
• Analyzes sales data and identifies trends and opportunities.
• Manages the sales budget. Client Relationship Management:
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients.
• Ensures client satisfaction and retention.

Duties

:

• Produce accurate, real time reporting in Asset that allows the sales staff to know where their sales, pipeline, and CRM stand at all times
• Report Sales performance
• Review & update pipeline, backlog, commission, and sales tracking reports
• Perform market research on a continual basis to assure we are always creating opportunities with our desired Mega-Site clientele
• Lead our networking initiative, participate with other individuals, and assure we are penetrating the markets we have identified as desired clientele
• Prospect, promote and sell services that match our desired clientele
• Assess & assign prospect leads to sales
• Utilize social media and industry events to grow professional network and help identify new business opportunities.
• Establishes and maintains a prospect list. Frequently touches base with prospective clients to keep them engaged.

Qualifications

:

• Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Sales Experience: Extensive experience in sales, ideally with a track record of success.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve sales issues. Location : Work Conditions : sit, stand, bend, continuously for 8 hours. Walk continuously. Drive for extended periods of time. Salary : BOE; base salary plus commissions Equipment Used : Office equipment and measuring tools. Work Schedule : 8a-5p, M-F with overtime as necessary. Travel : 70% Job Type: Full-time
