Learn more about us at stealthpartnergroup.com and [please apply online] As the Manager of Account Management, you will report to the Assistant Director of Account Management and play a pivotal role in the overall management and training of the AM Department. Requirements: Responsibilities include: * Team Leadership: Motivate, manage, and provide technical guidance to assigned AM team, ensuring performance standards are met or exceeded. * Training and Development: Assist in the training and continued professional development of AM staff, promoting individual and departmental success. * Administrative Management: Oversee administrative aspects, including hiring, time-off, work-from-home schedules, annual performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. * Relationship Building: Develop positive and collaborative relationships with external partners and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution. * Continuous Improvement: Engage in proactive dialogue with the team, identifying best practices, improvement opportunities, and additional training needs. * Quality Assurance: Monitor quality inbox, complete quality reviews, and support the development and maintenance of AM policies, procedures, and training materials. * Metrics Analysis: Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of metrics and control mechanisms for Account Management to enhance customer experience and effectiveness. * Workflow Optimization: Support workflow process changes and contribute to onboarding new salespeople by providing post-sale Account Executive support. * Effective Communication: Communicate regularly with AM Leadership regarding team needs, processing issues, efficiency suggestions, etc. * Developmental Duties: Undertake developmental duties as needed to acquire technical management expertise. Qualifications: * Management Experience: 1-3 years of management or leadership experience strongly preferred. * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred but not required. * Industry Experience: 1+ years of work experience in Group Benefits, Stop Loss, Ancillary, or TPA environment strongly preferred. * Account Management Experience: 1+ years of account management or client service experience preferred. * License: Arizona Life and Health license preferred. * Certification: Certified Self-Funded Specialist Designation preferred.
