What You 'll Be Doing

• Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in retail and event-based settings
• Consult with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and recommend wireless solutions
• Stay updated on AT&T product offerings, promotions, and pricing
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Participate in daily team meetings and training to refine your sales skills What We 're Looking For
• Outgoing and engaging personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
