What you will be doing each day: * Fulfill and support all store leadership functions with the Store Manager * Support management staffing needs within the company as needed * Mentor new hires in sales training * On-boarding new hires in the store * Lead weekly store meeting at least once monthly The responsibilities outlined in this position description are a guideline for the general duties of the position and are not exhaustive of all duties inherent in the job.
