Key Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Sales Specialist: * Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers face to face to guide them through product and service knowledge, address inquiries, and provide updates or promotions available to them * Sales Order Processing: Accurately document and process new AT&T wireless, internet, or other devices for customers ensuring compliance with our client's policies and standards * Collaboration: As a Telecommunications Sales Specialist, you will be a key member of our team. You will coordinate with customers and internal technicians to expedite service delivery and scheduling if needed * Sales Support: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services, highlighting the benefits of our solutions. Answer questions to the best of your ability and efficiently with a timely response * Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer concerns or discrepancies with a professional and solution-oriented approach. Your problem-solving ability will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. * Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records in the company's database to strategies how to increase ROI with managers Qualifications of the Telecommunications Sales Specialist: * Self motivated and driven to succeed in a new position and/or environment * Experience in a similar role previously is a plus * Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask * Willingness to learn sales and how to maximize your negotiation skills * Student mentality to quickly learn our clients policies, procedures, and guidelines in many areas * Be familiar with various technology functions i.e. ipads, tablets, wireless services, etc We'd love to hear from you!
