If you have ever had a customer reach out to you appreciative of the assistance and care you took in their journey to furnish their home, whether with one item to an entire home... Home Living Furniture (and mattresses), established in 1997 in Monmouth County, is a regional powerhouse that competes directly with the big-box stores. Our secret sauce is our service and selection, and the relationships we build with our customers. We're opening a brand new store right outside the Freehold Raceway Mall and are looking to build an exceptional team. Consultative sales rather than pushy sales tactics, assisting in whether it's just one small piece to an entire home of furnishings, we go above and beyond for our customers...but not only that, since you'll be dealing with the owners directly, we'll also go above and beyond for you. First and foremost you must have a positive attitude. The rest can be trained (and we do.) The key traits we look for are energy, compassion, patience, and positivity - all with the goal to provide exceptional service and overcome any barriers in the middle. We'll invest in you to help you be the best there is. Compensation is flexible: We offer base + commission, or higher commission with a weekly draw. Each to be negotiated based on individual, experience, and expectation. There are also weekly, monthly and annual bonus targets, along with additional bonuses ("spiffs") on certain items. Schedule: Generally 5-days a week, but Holidays and weekends are a must. Training to begin April 22nd in Freehold. If this feels like a place you would like to work, submit your resume today!
