As a Territory Sales Manager you will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identify and maintain new business opportunities, and represent RAS Medical as you present our dynamic products and services. We are asking candidates have a minimum 3 years of medical, laboratory and/or home health sales experience. Your excellent communication, organization, negotiating, and closing skills will be used to drive sales growth. You will have a competitive salary, bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package. First year reps typically earn 60k-200k. You will be required to develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key markets and expand our presence. You must create and maintain key relationships with decision makers within the various specialties and identify and close new business opportunities to achieve sales target goals and increase market share. Territory managers will be required to lead contract negotiations and manage the entire sales process until the close, and maintain the account thereafter. This includes conducting sales presentations to display the importance and of our services. Territory managers will work with the team as a whole to develop target campaigns in efforts to increasing market share. Territory Managers will conduct market research to analyze and identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics and potential growth opportunities. Managers must also monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure we retain clients and gain their loyalty. * Minimum of 3 years sales experience. Preferably Lab Sales, Home health Sales, or Medical Device Sales. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. * Excellent negotiating, persuasion and closing skills. * Must be able to work independently and be self motivated to achieve goals. Willing to travel within assigned territory. * Must have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the medical/healthcare industry. * Experience with a CRM and willing to utilize for sales growth and organization. * Advanced skills in the ability to craft specialized messaging to physicians, medical professionals, wellness directors, lab managers and c-suite level executives. * Have strong analytical skills to interpret data and formulate actionable insight while working in a fast paced environment.
