Overview: Purix Pressure Washing LLC is Southern California's go-to for professional mobile fleet and heavy equipment cleaning. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic person to join our team as an Office & Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you'll keep the backend of the business running smoothly while also helping bring in new customers. Perfect for someone who can juggle tasks, stay on top of schedules, and isn't afraid to get on the phone. Key Duties: Administrative Tasks (approx. 50%) * Manage job scheduling, dispatch, and confirmations * Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups * Organize files, digital forms, and office supplies * Respond to emails and customer messages * Order equipment, chemicals, and inventory supplies Sales Support (approx. 50%) * Follow up on leads via phone, email, or text * Help prepare quotes and send out proposals * Schedule demo washes and track conversions * Maintain CRM records and lead logs * Upsell services when speaking with current customers Skills & Qualifications: * Strong communication and people skills (verbal & written) * Comfortable using email, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and basic CRM tools * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Self-starter who can prioritize and manage time without constant supervision * Confident speaking with customers over the phone and in writing * Experience in admin, sales support, customer service, or dispatch is a plus * Experience with QuickBooks is desirable but not required * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required Compensation & Growth Opportunities: * Competitive hourly pay: $18 -$22/hr, based on experience * Opportunity to earn sales commission on new business brought in * Bonus potential for performance and consistency * Room to grow into a larger role as the company continues to expand Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Uncapped commission Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Application Question(s): * Do you have any sales experience?
