Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. This role is essential for evolving a sales program for a remarkably simple device that is applicable to half the surgeries done world- wide. This device is FDA-cleared and already with basic sales in over a dozen facilities. Phase I validation is complete. The ideal candidate is a highly accomplished medical salesperson with an extensive background in making sales to hospitals and ASCs. Part-Time to Full-Time Responsibilities * Develop and evolve the next phase sales strategy. * Focus on initial sales and then help develop a sales team once next phase strategies are validated. Qualifications * Proven performance in Medical Device Sales. * Extensive book of medical facilities with surgical services. * Familiarity with various medical specialties including reproductive endocrinology, pediatric cardiology, nephrology, pain management, and ostomy care is preferred. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
